How are you feeling?
Life can feel overwhelming. You might be struggling to cope, feeling lost, sad, or unsure about your emotions. You are not alone, and it’s okay to ask for support.
I provide a safe, calm space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or challenges in your relationships, counselling can help you feel seen, understood, and supported.
About Me...
Hello, I’m Jamie. I’m an accredited therapist and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I understand what it’s like to feel different from what society calls “normal.” Our differences make us unique and beautiful, and I work from a place of acceptance, empathy, and respect.
I offer support for people who want to explore and process difficult emotions, including anxiety, sadness, or grief; understand and work through past experiences or trauma; build self-confidence, self-worth, and self-compassion; improve relationships and set healthy boundaries; and explore issues around gender, sexuality, and identity.
I genuinely care about the well-being of everyone I work with and welcome people from all walks of life.

What is an Integrative therapist?
As an integrative therapist, I combine different approaches to meet your unique needs. At the heart of my work is the person-centred approach, offering empathy, understanding, and acceptance. I also draw on psychodynamic and transactional analysis perspectives to explore patterns from your past and how they affect you today.
Together, we’ll find solutions that work for you in a compassionate, honest, and non-judgmental space—you are the expert in your life, and I’m here to support your journey.
